Returns
To return an item please ensure that it is returned within 14 days of receiving it. If you return later than this period then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have opened the package and found the product to be defective then we can also offer you a refund or exchange as requested.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have sent out your exchange or processed the refund of your returned item. If you have requested a refund the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
